Perfect Wedding Venue
The Perfect Wedding Venue is not easy to find,
combining the need for a spectacular location with the privacy
and level of service that one would hope for, to have your
wedding arranged from start to finish, so all you have to do
have to do is turn up and enjoy your special day. In short a
completely stress free wedding and at an affordable cost!!
At Hacienda La Alhaja we have been hosting
and organising weddings for couples from as far away
as Germany, USA, UK and Ireland, not too mention many couples
from the Cost a del Sol for over 10 years.
Spectacular Location
The Hacienda’s location alone is so jaw droppingly
spectacular, that alone would be enough to impress the most
hardened wedding guest!! Couples can choose from a Church of
England Blessing, a non denominational blessing by a Humanist
minister, Jewish wedding celebration or can marry in the pretty
local Roman Catholic church in our local white village,
Villanueva de la Concepcion.
Celebrations follow the service with a wedding reception dinner,
on what must be the most amazing terrace ever, with the stunning
El Torcal Park rock formations behind in the distance and vast
rolling hills and valley all around – it’s a wedding
reception no one will ever forget.
Your Personal Wedding Planner
Our experienced and capable Estate wedding planner
works with every couple to ensure that every last detail
of their wedding is organised. From flowers, music, photographer,
wedding cake, catering, theme and colour scheme – extra
accommodation for guests if required.
If a couple prefers to rent the Hacienda and make their own
wedding arrangements, this is also an option, we are happy to
supply a list of local wedding suppliers to help you.
Our estate Head Chef - Paul Tugwell, is a chef with
30 years of experience, he has worked at the Savoy Hotel
in London, the Royal Crescent Hotel in bath and some of Marbella’s top
restaurants, before joining us at Hacienda La Alhaja. Paul has
designed a superb selection of menus’s for wedding couples to
choose from. Whether you want a casual canape and cocktail party, a
fun barbeque, a typical Spanish menu or an elegant dining experience,
we can provide it. Our menu’s start from 30 € per person.
We can cater for a maximum of 120 wedding guests for a reception and
ceremony at the Hacienda. We can also arrange additional accommodation
locally for up to a 100 guests, and can also organise transport to
bring guests not staying at the Hacienda, to the venue for the wedding
celebration.
